Joanna: Enjoyed spending time with our fellow pastor's and their wives in Amish Country for a few days! Now to go home and prepare for a visit from our Conference President and his wife. :). Life just keeps going and going!
Jennifer: What a busy week! Deadlines and laundry and a complete basement overhaul leave me with little chance to catch my breath before an equally busy weekend. We are also finishing our second 6-week grading period in school which means I need to do lesson plans and pull worksheets for the next 6 weeks before Monday! "The joy of the Lord is my strength!"
Jessica: My cousin and her husband came for a visit on Monday. It was so nice to see them! That night, while we were visiting and the kids were playing, Drew fell on something sharp and scraped his chest quite badly. We were thankful he wasn't hurt worse; he probably could have been impaled. It was scary! We're thankful that he's okay. On a lighter note, he actually requested that his daddy take him up on the platform at church Wednesday night to show everyone his "boo-boo". Of course, that didn't happen. ;)
